61ph Privacy Policy
At 61ph, we take the privacy of every Filipino player seriously. This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect when you use the 61ph platform, why we collect it, how we use and protect it, and what rights you have under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and related PAGCOR requirements. By using 61ph, you consent to the practices described in this policy.
Your Rights at a Glance
How 61ph Protects Your Privacy
A high-level summary of 61ph's privacy commitments. These highlights do not replace the full policy — please read all sections below carefully.
All personal data transmitted to and from the 61ph platform is encrypted using industry-standard TLS protocols. Sensitive data including payment information and government ID documents are stored using AES-256 encryption at rest. Your data is never stored in plain text on 61ph servers.
61ph does not sell, lease, or trade your personal information to third parties for commercial marketing purposes. Your data is shared only with service providers necessary to operate the platform — payment processors, identity verification partners, and game providers — all of whom are contractually bound to protect your information.
61ph processes personal data in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173), its Implementing Rules and Regulations, and the data handling requirements of PAGCOR. Our Data Protection Officer ensures ongoing compliance and handles all data subject requests from Filipino players.
As a 61ph player, you have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data, subject to regulatory retention requirements. You may also object to certain types of processing and withdraw consent for marketing communications at any time via your account settings or by contacting our Data Protection Officer.
As a PAGCOR-regulated gaming operator, 61ph is required under the Anti-Money Laundering Act (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended) to collect and retain certain player transaction data and to report suspicious transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC). This legal obligation supersedes individual data deletion requests for covered transactions.
61ph sends communications to registered players relating to account activity, security alerts, and promotions. All marketing communications include a clear opt-out mechanism. You may also manage your communication preferences directly in your 61ph account settings. We will never send unsolicited messages requesting your password or payment details.

8.4 While 61ph takes all reasonable steps to protect your data, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure. Players are also responsible for maintaining the security of their own account credentials and devices used to access the 61ph platform.

Cross-Border Data Transfers
12.1 In the course of providing gaming services to Filipino players, certain personal data may be transferred to and processed in jurisdictions outside the Philippines — particularly in connection with game content providers and technical infrastructure providers whose servers may be located in other countries.
12.2 Where such transfers occur, 61ph ensures that appropriate safeguards are in place, including data processing agreements requiring the recipient to maintain data protection standards at least equivalent to those required under the Data Privacy Act of 2012.
